1. Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively to United Kingdom addresses, covering all regions: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. International shipping is not available at this time—this decision is based on two key factors:
  • Fragility of Products: Glass Cups and Thermos Flasks (with glass liners) require specialized packaging to avoid breakage. International transit increases handling risks and makes damage claims harder to resolve.
  • Regulatory Compliance: All our drinkware meets UK safety standards (e.g., BPA-free Plastic Cups, food-grade stainless steel Thermoses). International shipments may face customs delays or rejection if they don’t meet local safety rules.
For remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, rural Northern Ireland, Isle of Man), an additional £7 GBP fee applies to Glass Cup sets and large Thermos Flasks (1L+). This fee covers extended courier routes and extra handling for fragile/large items, and is automatically added at checkout when a remote address is entered.

  • Isle of Man/Channel Islands: 5–7 business days (requires ferry or air transit, leading to slight delays).
  • Expedited Shipping:
  • Available for all items in UK Mainland (excludes remote areas and islands).
  • Delivery timeline: 1–2 business days (Royal Mail 1st Class or DPD Next Day; orders placed before 10 AM GMT qualify for next-day delivery).
  • Holiday Delays: Allow an extra 2–3 business days during peak periods (Christmas, Black Friday, Easter). We recommend ordering gift items (e.g., engraved Thermoses) at least 7 business days in advance.
3. Order Processing Time
  • Standard Items (Plastic Cups, Small Thermoses): Processed within 1 business day of order placement (excluding weekends and UK public holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Bank Holidays).
  • Fragile/Large Items (Glass Cups, 1L Thermoses): Require an extra 1 business day for pre-shipment checks (e.g., verifying Glass Cup integrity, testing Thermos lid seal, adding protective packaging) to prevent damage.

We will prioritize processing and notify you if expedited shipping is available.
4. Packaging & Delivery Details
  • Protective Packaging:
  • Glass Cups: Wrapped in bubble wrap (2 layers) and placed in rigid cardboard boxes with foam inserts—each cup is separated to avoid clinking and cracking.
  • Thermos Flasks: Sealed in their original box (with internal padding) and placed in an outer cardboard box with extra bubble wrap around the lid (to prevent leaks during transit).
  • Plastic Cups: Packed in padded envelopes or small boxes—sets include dividers to keep cups from scratching each other.
  • Tracking: A unique tracking number is sent to your email within 24 hours of shipping. You can monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website (Royal Mail Track & Trace for standard shipping, DPD Track for expedited orders).
  • Delivery Confirmation: Required for all Glass Cup sets and 1L Thermoses (value over £30 GBP) to prevent theft or misdelivery. If no one is available to sign:
  1. The carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or pick up from a local depot (valid for 10 days).
  1. Most carriers attempt redelivery once (next business day) before returning the package to us.
5. Delivery Issues & Claims
  • Lost/Delayed Orders:
  1. First, check the tracking link—carriers often mark items as “in transit” even if delayed, or hold packages for address verification (e.g., missing apartment number).
  1. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline (e.g., UK Mainland standard shipping takes more than 4 business days), email us with your order number and tracking ID.
  1. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue within 3 business days:

  • Damaged Items:

    6. Shipping Restrictions
    • We do not ship to PO boxes for fragile items (Glass Cups, Thermoses) — a physical address with a doorbell is required to ensure safe delivery.
    • For bulk orders (10+ items, e.g., Glass Cup sets for a café), contact us in advance—we may offer discounted shipping and arrange a dedicated courier.
